TMS welcomes media attendance and coverage of our many hosted and co-sponsored events and activities. To register for a meeting as a member of the press, please fill out the TMS Press Registration Form. Refer to our meetings calendar for more information on upcoming events.
Press passes will only be issued to accredited media, defined as working journalists demonstrating an acceptable job role, who are on news reporting/feature coverage assignment for a specific media outlet, inclusive of print news/trade magazines, wire services, and broadcast media. Online media outlets must maintain a website/homepage that is primarily dedicated to news stories of a general or technical interest to be considered for a press pass. Administrative, analyst, sales, marketing, public relations, publishing, and technical job titles/roles do not qualify as accredited media. TMS reserves the right to accept or reject any request for press passes, based on this criteria.
Media professionals who complete and submit the TMS Press Registration Form will be contacted directly with the decision regarding their request, along with instructions for picking up their press badge at the event.
